Long Ass Artist Rant/Comment: Whelp my bff roomie has shown me many a wonderful things this year. I don't really watch TV, but she said I HAD to watch Dexter. It kinda blew my mind that a TV show could be so amazing. Then she said I need to get into BBC's Sherlock, and now I don't care about doing anything with my life else besides being on Tumblr and looking at Sherlock stuff. But then she said I need to get into Avatar and I was like, meeehhhhh. I saw one episode and I didn't hate it, but I wasn't too interested in it either. But then she said I need to check up the NEW Avatar. I thought why would I like the second one if I never saw the first one. But we ended up watching it, and I told her that if I ended up asking a million questions like, "Who's that? What's this? Why are they flying?" she wasn't allowed to get mad at me. Turns out I asked nothing, and Korra was fucking baaaaaad assssss. I still can't being myself to sit down and watch all three seasons of Avatar though. Especially since I think this (only after two episodes too) is far better. I can't wrap my head around how much I like Bolin. You know you've created a successfully interesting character when he only had like 10 lines and through them you saw that he's: A- Nice/Caring. B- A humble show off. C- Funny without being the comic relief or the fat stupid one. And D- And this one is very important to me. He's THICK. Not fat, not a muscle head, and not skinny and lean like his brother. He's just built. I can't recall the last time I saw a character who was just a strong build who wasn't an X-men or Superman who is also an equal to his sibling. So that's just all around refreshing and thus making him my favorite.

I'm sad that the show, being a kid show and on Nick, will never go down the road of having a sexy threesome with him, Mako and Korra. Korra will of course end up with Mako and I'm like "pfft. Whatever." BUT what WOULD be mind-blowing awesome is if the show gives Bolin a CHANCE to date her. Then he can later give her over to his brother kinda in the way of "We make better friends." I'm going to guess that's not going to happen though. Booooo. Oh well. Other people's fan art will have to keep me satisfied. Here's to Korra being an awesome show! Can't wait to watch cartoons again and be actually excited to see what happens next.
